Privacy Policy

Jumpbox now has its own privacy policy. It is available to read here:- https://www.jumpbox.lu/PrivacyPolicy.aspx

Mini-Jumpers

Mini-Jumpers aged 4 to 6 years are allowed to participate in Jumpbox 'Open Jump' sessions permitted that that they are accompanied at all times by a participating (and at the weekend or during school holidays) paying Parent or Guardian aged 18 or over. The reason is that the adult uses a space on the trampoline zone where the number of space is limited.

The Parent or Guardian must take full responsibility of the safety and wellbeing of the child during the session working in line with Jumpbox Safety-Buddies, Jumpbox operational practice and park rules. If these are not obeyed then the offending party may be asked to cease participation in the activity.

A ratio of 1 Parent or Guardian to 3 under 7 is enforced at all times, spectators are not permitted to oversee anyone under 7s participating in the activity.

Jumpbox may refuse the right of admission to children up to age 6 based on the following:

  1. The Characteristics of other jumpers participating in the session.
  2. The capacity of the Session
  3. If the Mini-Jumper cannot walk unassisted or still wears a nappy/diaper

Access to the Airbag is strictly prohibited to anyone aged 5 and under, this is in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and Jumpbox safe operational practice. In case of accident, the parent acknowledges responsibility for children aged 5 and under, jumping onto the airbag.

Please Note that the Jumpbox Safety Briefing Video does include content in reference to Broken Bones, Paralysis and Instant Death. This video must be watched by all participants before access to the park is granted.

2.3 Birthday Parties: The addition or reduction of guests to a birthday party must be completed under the following conditions; the remaining number of guests (including birthday child) does not fall below 10, that Jumpbox sàrl has adequate space to accommodate additional participants and finally, all changes are made in accordance to the refund and transfer policy. A week to 10 days before the party, a Jumpbox representative will call the birthday host to obtain the final number of participants (including birthday child).

- If you want to reduce the number of jumpers (birthday package is never for less than 10 jumpers), you will need to let us know by previous Monday (for parties on Friday/Saturday/Sunday) or no less than 5 days before the party (for parties on Tuesday and Thursday). Only by sending an email to info@jumpbox.lu. In that case, we will create an online voucher of the value of the number of canceled participants, this voucher will be valid for 6 months. After that you will not be able to add participants as we will plan accordingly.(if a participant is absent, no reimbursement will be provided).

- If you want to add participants, this will need to be done by Monday prior to party (for Parties on Friday/Saturday/Sunday) or no less than 5 days before the party (for parties on Tuesday and Thursday). Only by sending an email to info@jumpbox.lu but you must understand that if we don't have space, you may have to refuse. Also past the deadline, we will not be able to accommodate your wishes (if a participant is absent, no reimbursement will be provided).

Past the deadline, if the confirmed number is superior to the booked number, the cost of the additional participants will be added to your booking and you will need to pay it on the day. If a participant is absent on the day, no reimbursement will be made.

2.4 Birthday Parties: A party is required to present themselves to a member of staff 15 minutes prior to the confirmed jump time and MUST be in possession of a waiver for each jumper. The party will start as per time booked (not before) and finish T+1hr+50mns. If time needs to be spent making sure each participant has a waiver and party can not start on time, it may result in jumping time being reduced. Rights of admission can be refused at any time in the case of excessive lateness. The party will still finish at expected time. Participants must leave the mezzanine at T+1hr+50mns. It will not be possible to stay to open presents (for instance) as other parties will be about to start.

3.3 Jumpbox sàrl only takes payments in Euro currency.

4. Refunds and Transfers

4.1 Jumpbox sàrl requires 21 clear days’ notice to provide a refund for any cancellations. Alternatively the birthday party could be transfered to another date. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking at the time the transfer is offered. Only one transfer will be possible.

4.2 In the case of a cancellation occurring with less than 21 days’ notice yet more than 10 days' notice, a reimbursement will only be possible if Jumpbox manage to sell the slot to another customer. If we can't manage to sell the slot, a transfer (and only one) will be possible to any time slot between Tuesday 12.00 and Friday 16.00 (valid 3 months). The party will then be placed downstairs (a table for the group will be reserved and a cake and water/juice will be provided after the jumping hour). No host/hostess will be planned to supervise the group (however, depending on the number of jumpers at time of visit, if we can spare a safety-buddy, we will allocate one to your group to organise a game on the trampoline area). Socks will be lent to all jumpers.

4.3 With less than 10 days’ notice, cancellations will not result in a refund or transfer (Except if Jumpbox succeed in selling the slot which we will try by contacting those on our waiting list)
